Our Staff Purpose
Arcadia Friends Community Church Pre-School is a church ministry serving our local communities. Our purpose is to share the personal love of Jesus with children and their families. We demonstrate this love by unconditionally accepting each child as God's unique creation. We provide an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming to children and parents alike - one that is happy and safe - where children can develop their social skills, become independent, and grow in a stimulating, developmentally appropriate pre-school setting. Our personal relationship with the Lord, our witnessing about His love, and prayer are vital to this ministry.
As a staff, we are professionals and strive to be conscientious role models, recognizing that this is a team effort involving the sharing of our individual skills, talents and gifts. We feel this enables positive growth in the lives of the children who are entrusted to our care. Serving as encouragers, our hope is to build up and edify not only the children and their families, but to each other.
We praise God for His continued blessing upon our pre-school. We acknowledge that His love allows us to experience rich fellowship, laughter and even some tears. The camaraderie we share further enhances the rewards we enjoy as a staff ministering to the children and their parents.
